The index_en.html content links are appearing in Spanish because the translated toctree_en.rst pages, which index_en.rst pulls from, were only partially translated. The headings in the toctree_en.rst pages are still in Spanish.

Is this pull request good to be merged as it is, or should I try translating the titles to English first with the Google translate script I have?
