Moved URL and file name formatting strings from eatlocal/eatlocal.py into eatlocal/constants.py.
Made sleep intervals configurable with a default value.
Added cleanup default boolean argument to extract_bite to optionally remove archive file after unzipping.
Refactored button clicking in the submit_bite to be DRYer.

Tests pass.
