Selenium fix #8

@spackle0 TIL that >= means "at least" hence this tool actually breaks when installing it which I did today for codeimag.es, ending up with Selenium 4 (instead of 3) which caused this issue: https://stackoverflow.com/a/72773269

This PR is to fix this. Thanks.
