Fix:

Change deprecated API to stay compatible with NumPy 2+
- np.float_ replaced by np.float64
- np.int_t replaced by np.intp_t

Ok, I tested it for linux, macos and lxplus. It works when using miniforge3 and "conda install compilers meson". I will merge it and update the wiki
