It's not down, but it doesn't support HTTPS

Maybe you can render something there rather than not have anything listening + sending certs?

@astrojuanlu @SamuelMarks it does support https (https://www.pydocstyle.org/) but the website is only configured in the www subdomain. This PR changed only the protocol without checking the subdomain.
