I don't think a past-tense version is all that useful, especially once the next year's future-tense ones come around. It doesn't feel like a great use of artist/designer time to create a badge that would be used for two months by a very small amount of people.
I actually think a past-tense version would be pretty nice (although I'm less certain it's worth spending money on them).
it's how many stickers, 100? what's more complicated is to design them and we should asked ourself why but i still it's a great idea cause it give to the conference a bit more personality...

I think careful wording, and artwork which is allowed for electronic badging (web sites) may have good appeal -
For example, ”Pycon 2014 Sponsor” can be used both before, and after. On Apr 26, 2013 8:34 AM, "Mathieu Leduc-Hamel" notifications@github.com wrote:

I think electronic badging is great. Especially as we want to increase diversity of speakers - seeing women, for example, with a Pycon 2014 Speaker badge on their website is great for opening a conversation about how awesome speaking at PyCon as a woman is.

With wording like @yarko suggested: "Pycon 2014 Sponsor" rather than past-tense or future-tense.
We need people with design skills. @mlhamel any leads on this front from the Montreal crew?
I concur:
I like Idan, and I also like Idan's work.
I also feel that mixing it up is healthy.
For first out of states PyCon, I would strongly look for Montreal creative juices (or anywhere in CA).
Secondarily, I would look anywhere.
Then some small, teeny committee pick a proposal (input, commentary can be greater - I still appreciate the succinct ”elegance begets simplicity”)
Two non-CA artists I like which come to mind:
Hikingartist.com, e.g.
http://hikingartist.com/2013/03/14/sticking-together-illustration/
or
http://hikingartist.com/2013/01/17/solution-seekers-finding-keyhole/
or
http://www.hikingartist.net/media.details.php?mediaID=MDUwMWU4OTBkYjU1ZmY=#.UX4TNytATgY
The choices of Frits Ahlefeldt are numerous and insightful (I particularly like the key looking for a keyhole one). I would inquire if he had ideas for a PyCon image (but he has some good stock to choose from).
I also like the artistic skill of Greg Neuman (also a Pythonista)...
Just thinking out loud...

For what's worth, e-badges would be my preference if I were to speak. Specially for not-so-well-known speakers trying to make inroads an e-badge has much more potential exposure than a sticker. Also on the tense-less verbiage.
I have an idea of somebody who might be able to help us with the design of an electronic badge or something stickers if want absolutely.
Does anybody have an idea of any other conference who had things like that, i would like to be able to show an example.

ConFoo had then.

I recall in past years we had "I'm {speaking, attending, sponsoring?} PyCon" artwork for people to use, I don't think we've ever done past tense versions. Making sure we have both for next year would be good "Nice to haves".
