The web site design for this year mostly uses large friendly readable mixed-case titles in a nice font. For example:
https://us.pycon.org/2016/events/reception/
However, the page generated about each specific talk still has all caps in a different size and style as its first-level and second-level headers:
https://us.pycon.org/2016/schedule/presentation/1697/
We should try to adjust the CSS so that the presentation titles revert to looking like the rest of the site.
This was never fixed, but the 2016 site is now retired and static and so no further work will be done on it.
