Where does PyCon APAC stand in relation to the PSF?

Do we include ourselves as part of the PSF via a working group?
Or follow the Python Euro model and be and independent entity.

Hope this will be discussed in the community meeting tomorrow (I cannot attend). My opinion is that we should be part of the PSF as a working group to use the existing infrastructure.
