B3/01 Update - Integrate new current driver #364

The B3/01 build uses a INA219 battery current and voltage monitor. There is an adafruit driver available at https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_INA219. Integrate the driver with the flight software, adding a battery_current field to the pycubed library
