Hi Nitin, Your topic is looking pretty interesting. I had a query that how much time will you need to deliver it? Also it will be great if you can target Linux and Windows systems along with macOS. Please let me know what you feel regarding this points.
Sorry for late reply. Will require 1 hour for sure. I will try my best to cover for other OS. Mac / Linux is good. Windows seems problematic.
@mayankskb, @npande I feel this talk is very much towards devops, it will be great if we can divide this talk into 3 parts and focus more on playing with data over this platforms. First talk would be simple setup of redis server and how can we use it in which you can use elastic as well if can put this 2 things in 40 mins. I'm suggesting it to divide because when it comes to installations and setups on attendees laptops then it eats up lot of time. What do you guys feel?
I would like to not break this into multiple talks but yes we can always spread it into 40-45 min sessions. We can have 2/3 back to back session. So 1.5 to 2 hrs on a given day can work. Or we can skip handson by attendees on their laptops. We can just help people understand how things works. I can provide instructions / steps to get the setup done. I am yet to attend pydata sessions and hence don't know if hands in must during session.
We do have hand-on session if you would like to take this as a workshop. In that case We need to take it for a "Code and Coffee" event just for a workshop. Let me know if you want to take this ahead as a hands-one. If yes cool but if wanted to take this as a regular talk let me know the time window that we need to keep for you buddy.

Hey,
When I can expect a response from your side
Thanks Mayank Mishra
Redis (Amazon ElastiCache for Redis) Redis is a fast, open source, in-memory key-value data store for use as a database, cache, message broker, and queue. It delivers sub-millisecond response times enabling millions of requests per second for real-time applications in Gaming, Ad-Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, and IoT. Redis is a popular choice for caching, session management, real-time analytics, geospatial, chat/messaging, media streaming, and gaming leaderboards.
