Bot cannot pin message if its quoting someone

Describe the bug The Bot cannot pin a message if the message is quoting another message. The bot then says, that the message is a system message. Even if such messages cannot be pinned, a better error message would be more suited.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Write a message quoting another message
2. Add the 📌 reaction

Expected behavior The message should be pinned
