[ ] Allows specifying a particular file.
[ ] Add support a per $HOME version.
[ ] Add an env variable to allow, or not, the use of the docker images.

I will rewrite/simplify PyFPGA. Part of this simplification will include supporting only what I need to provide FOSS flows, so it will be not highly customizable.
