Change default returncode to Error #169

Change default returncode to Error - only way it should pass is by finishing under correct conditions. (more details in CPE-2586)

Delete unused sequencer variable.

@clint-lawrence @jcollins1983 - able to merge this and https://github.com/PyFixate/Fixate/pull/170 ? Got a few new features/fixes now would be good to tag a new release soon
