[x] make a lot of noise and encourage folks to join the channel
[x] Start collecting questions

WEEK OF THE EVENT

[x] Tweet after event
[x] Moderate channel for CoC breaks and encourage discussion
[x] Post some stats around the job market to encourage discussion
[x] Post some tips for folks looking for jobs

AFTER THE EVENT

[ ] Open PR with resources to this repository
[ ] Email sponsors & hosts to thank them
[ ] Adjust guides if valuable feedback came up
