Tickets (number of free or discounted): PyLadies Germany got 20 free tickets that were raffled Advertising we will offer (ie slack/ twitter/ event page): Slack, LInkedIn, Mastodon, Twitter, Instagram Additional support (ie PyLadies stand/ lunch/ CFP support): stand and maybe lunch

What we need for the booth/ organisational tasks:

• [ ] stickers (@marenwestermann has about 300; @cmaureir to ask Maria to bring stickers)
• [ ] T-shirts (@discombobulateme @tiaversa @sleepypioneer)
• [x] time table with shifts (@marenwestermann to create and post on slack)
• [ ] print outs (e.g. infos about PyLadies and about PSV) @sleepypioneer
• [ ] post about booth on slack and social media @sleepypioneer
• [x] menstrual products @Victoria-Hodder
• [ ] bathroom signs that say that if empty more menstrual products can be obtained from the PyLadies booth @Victoria-Hodder
• [x] create PyLadies speakers list and ask community to add PyLadies speakers @marenwestermann
• [ ] promote PyLadies speakers on social media @marenwestermann
• [ ] Raffle @sleepypioneer
