fileformat vc solution not available. - win32 #6

This solution is no longer available in the new VC solution and hence the
carvelib doesn't compile.

Hi Tobias,
        Just checked it again and the folder fileformats is still not in the win32
folder. Hence the solution is still not loading the project.

Apologies. It was in the mercurial repository, but I hadn't rebuilt the 
tarball. This is done now.

          Just checked your updated tarball. Still couldn't find fileformats there.
The VC solution still doesn't open. :(

I found it in the mercurial. Thanks. but for FYI - its still not there in the 
release
tarball.
