ci: turn off gh-pages benchmarks #4209

I'm sufficiently happy with the Codspeed benchmarks that I think the extra value we get from keeping the older GitHub actions continuous benchmarking is not enough to justify the compute / actions time we spend on it.

Also, the data file is now ~7MB on the gh-pages branch, so if folks agree and we merge this PR then I'll move that data file to an archive somewhere (probably a separate repo) and then clean up the gh-pages branch so that we can shrink the repository size back down a little.
