Collimation #59

The Particles Ids and Initial Coordinates of lost particles will be added to the particles added to the lostbunch in the collimator. The bugs in Aperture, EnergyAperture, and PhaseAperture were fixed. Now the particles Ids and Initial Coordinates particle attributes will be copied to the particles in the lost bunch.
