The Collimator, Foil, and MaterialInteraction classes were changed #71

The Collimator, Foil, and MaterialInteraction classes were changed by Jeff Holmes to give the same results as from the original ORBIT code. The benchmark of the physical results with MCNPX code is not performed yet.
