E.g. 17-19 million individual heat pumps of around 8-12 kW_th size. Also large district heating heat pumps. Issues:

Need to choose building renovation rate, e.g. 2% per year.
Need to choose fraction of district heating in future, e.g. 20-25%.
Need to also model for district heating CHP backup system for times of high electricity prices.
Need to subtract existing electric heat from electricity demand before adding back heat pumps.

Kept it simple: 15 million additional air-sourced heat pumps providing 20 MWh_th/a each.
