Using sector_ratios_{planning_horizon}.csv and industrial_production_per_country_tomorrow_{planning_horizon-modified.csv to determine hydrogen, methane and naphtha non-Energy use.
The sector_ratios give for every subcategory a demand of certain carrier in [MWh/t_Product]. The industrial production consists of the volume that is produced in each country.
For the non-Energy use only the subcategories HVC, Ammonia, Methanol are taken into account. Since Chlorine is supplying a certain amount of hydrogen it is subtracted.
