Too little Emissions reported in the energy sector #123

I checked with REMIND exports in the database and they apparently report fossil emissions from extraction and processing (refineries, coking, gas upgrading, ...).

I am not sure how to get these for our model, at the moment they are probably added to the wrong sectors
