Discrepancy between PyPSA-Ariadne and Remind regarding full load hours for solar PV

PyPSA-Ariadne: 1071.5
Remind: 994.4
stat. Bundesamt 2019: 924.3
stat. Bundesamt 2020: 921.8

To take care of the mismatch, the following correction factors would be possible:

fit to Remind: correction_factor = 0.928
fit to historical 2019 data: correction_factor = 0.863
fit to historical 2020 data: correction_factor = 0.860
