This PR takes care of

• creating a log file for every rule that is executed
• deal with warnings in modify_prenetwork

In modify_prenetwork, the following bugs were dealt with:

• adding the bus DE industry methanol before attaching a load to it
• remove the variable location from buses since the location is passed on as x and y coordinate
