explanation Our capacity in 2020 was with 24 GW lower than the real one in 2020 (32 GW). To be fair we would have to compare it to the 2019 capacity (30 GW) as we only include components until then. This PR is a quick fix to scale up the CCGT capacity to 10 GW and the CHP capacity to 22 GW.
