Since the Fraunhofer Forecast sector model is providing a steel and cement demand for Germany, we want to integrate that into pypsa-Ariadne.
The overall volumens do not differ much
at the moment the demand is the same in pypsa-ariadne and pypsa-eur and constant for all years (steel = 42.676 Mt/a cement = 33.222 Mt/a) which roughly agrees with the iiasa database (steel = 41.289 Mt/a with a even slighter decrease until 2050 to 40.891 Mt/a - cement = 35.478 Mt/a with a slight decrease until 2050 to 31.827 Mt/a)
We are using the 2015 JRC dataset and are not scaling them for a different data year but we could scale to the config["energy"]["energy_totals_year"] with the eurostat data
Primary steel in pypsa: 0.6 (2020) to 0.3 (2050) in comparison to primary steel in iiasa database: 0.7 (2020) to 0.45 (2050)
The primary/secondary steel ratios are going to be implemented within the config [industry][St_primary_fraction] setting.

[x] implement altering the [industry][St_primary_fraction] in the scenario.yaml in build_scenarios
