Plot only DE and Anrainer in results/maps #59

The maps show too large of an area around Germany. This might be related to the location of the co2 atmosphere bus.

Additionally the "location" of co2 atmosphere is set to "EU" in prepare_sector_network, but disappears somewhere later in the workflow
