Main changes are in the ariadne2 branch https://github.com/PyPSA/pypsa-eur/pull/1035 Addressing https://github.com/PyPSA/pypsa-ariadne/issues/27 Here only the config is changed to enable the retrofitting of OCGT gas power plants.
