update to new ariadne database #95

It's very strange, but the load "H2 for industry" is negative in 2020. That's because the industrial_energy_demand_elec_s*** in the column "hydrogen" is negative (only for DE and only in 2020). I've been staring at these .csv's and the input data from FORECAST for an hour, but nothing seems to be wrong on first sight. @toniseibold maybe you have an idea? [Medium priority, for now i've decided to delay the update to the new ariadne DB until after the new results are in]
