Why would this feature be useful: -When carrying out a cost benefit analysis on the impact with/without adding a project to the network, the change in Co2 emissions is one of the factors measured. Typically a Co2 price is used because no change in Co2 emissions would be observed if a Co2 limit were used instead. Examples of this type of analysis and their application for transmission and energy storage projects in the EU.
