Including dispatchable non-conventional resources (e.g., EGS) in conventional reserves #316

Feature Request

I am introducing EGS technology to a network under renewable_carriers. However, even though EGS is dispatchable, it does not automatically get considered in the conventional reserve calculations. Currently, these calculations only apply to resources listed under conventional_carriers
