Integrate NREL ReV tool to access new Climate Model data #342

Feature Request

Ticket to track integration of NREL ReV in build_renewable_profiles. NREL ReV provides access to numerous climate model datasets. I'll be figuring out a way to loop this into our Atlite based build_renewable_profiles.py code.
