Include the option for real/synthetic/uploaded load profiles #8

Real profiles only available for selected regions. Synthetic could be generated everywhere using standard methodologies (cf. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ijepes.2019.03.055). Allowing uploading would require detailed error checking.
