This PR improves compatibility with TRIC/requant by writing separate TSV reports.

looks good, maybe we should define a set of runs (potentially a watered down version to make the data smaller) where we can run the whole pipeline to ensure that it works as intended.

We should definitely do that, the test cases are not really comprehensive yet.
