Remove Error 766 debug message #96

While attempting to debug what was probably a numpy/scipy issue I added a debug message when loading matrices with a specific shape:


Matrix (778, 400) using SciPy version: 1.7.1 on win32
Error 766 error detector: only report this if your Python crashes now ...
766 error did not occur please continue as normal (778, 400) ...```

As this problem seems to have been solved this should be removed.
