Simplify signup #5

An improved flow:

  1. Let users signup without confirming their email.
  2. Wait until they have interacted a certain minimum with the app.
  3. Then send a confirmation email and make them confirm before they can use pysheets the next day.

This also solves the issue of PySheets being used by hackers for mail bombing.
