Basic costume name system #3

A basic system for named costumes. Intended to fix part of #2. I'll merge this once I make sure everything works well, and I still have costume numbers.

Yay! Everything is done! I managed to check off a few more items on #2's list, woohoo! I'm closing the branch and merging now.
