Pad-Vorlage erstellen #5

So wie wir die Seite und die Mail-Vorlage per Script erstellen, sollten wir auch eine Vorlage für das Pad erstellen.

Bonus: Automatisches Anlegen des neuen Pads samt Einfügen der Vorlage.

Etherpad Lite hat eine API: https://github.com/ether/etherpad-lite/wiki/HTTP-API

https://pads.darmstadt.ccc.de/ nutzt eine aktuelles Etherpad Lite (1.5.x)
