Can the revised version of the pipeline be used by our community to start processing their data?
Hi Chris, yes, this could be available for the users but, of course, letting them know that this is still a work in progress so there might be issues that we haven't spotted yet. Also, we're happy to hear about improvements from them. The more tests, the better. Once, Tim reviews the changes, all should be okay.
Let me know when you feel comfortable with allowing more people to use this branch. We could perhaps first invite those who are currently taking data with WiFeS to download and test.
Yes, that sounds good. We'll keep merging our tested working versions with the automation branch so they should be ready for the current users to test with their data.
The pipeline is now working for the new file headers. Also, fixed the issue with nod-and-shuffle mode data when extracting the standard star for the telluric correction. Fixed the codes to work when having a NaN value in the data. Tested the pipeline in the classical and nod-and-shuffle modes in both arms, blue and red. All working fine.
