Adding minor updates to 'automation' in order to disable the interactive prompts that appear while running the pipeline so the process runs smoothly from beginning to end.

Great! Thank you! Yes, one of our future tasks is to return the data needed to generate the plots that we want to save in the online archive but this is not only restricted to those plots previously generated by the pipeline in the prompts.
