This pull request adds the ability to reduce data using master calibration files created from previous reductions. Moreover, the pipeline can now handle data sets where there are no object (science) or standard star observations. In such instances, the pipeline will generate calibration files exclusively. Users can activate these feature by specifying in the command line the --from-master or -just-calib flag, respectively. Detailed instructions for this setup are provided in the README.
