Save/get IDE nodes endpoint #18

Fix: modified the get nodes endpoint to load nodes from a file in local system.
Feature: added post endpoint to save all available IDE nodes to a file in local system.
Feature: added the endpoints above to postman collection for testing.

Closing this pull request as there seem to be not much value on having these endpoints. I believe my understanding about how the nodes will be saved was off. Thanks for the feedback!
