Improve Wiki for all plugins to match current versions and usage

[ ] Obey tshock guide lines for plugin documentation Must contain all permissions for command usage and all commands must have permissions.
[ ] All commands
[ ] Permissions for each and every command within the plugins
[ ] Usage documentation of every feature inside each plugin
[ ] Examples for complicated and difficult to understand features (Custom Quests and Custom Npcs)

Provide working examples of the following

Quest Single-Play

Show how to create a basic quest

Quest Team-Play

2 teams fight over 1 gem in a pvp match
Each team must have there own spawn points
must return the gem to score points
both teams are allowed to select a class before the start of the game
provide 2 example classes with load outs
restore gear after quest ends for all players.

Eater of worms custom npcs Example

must only display one spawn message
must act exactly like the eater of worlds
must split and still be the custom npc..

NPC Shop Example

Item reforge example (take a item and reforge it randomly)
