[Custom Quests & BooTS] Missing Scripting Functionality

Few easy shortcuts are missing

• [ ] SetPermissions
• Ability to set permissions [ Seems there is multi able entries for permissions, maybe combining them SET/ GET into one easy to use function]

-Reason, some tshock users don't get how to properly use the tshock api on the C# side, so alot of the scripting functions we have are just simplified shortcuts to do ether simple or advanced tasks.

• [ ] Tutorial to count tiles by % in region or add easy to use function to do this..

  • [ ] Team based quest tutorial

• tutorials...

• [ ] Item Selected

• Detect if a specific item was selected.. (trigger / if condition)

• [ ] Ability to always force pvp mode in quests.

  • this is possible, i have seen it in other servers.

• [ ] Control respawn

• ability to set bed respawn location and time, i know this can be done it's just there are multi-able values for this and tim seemed to try to get this working but gave up easily...

• [ ] Save Point System [ Critical ]

• Tracking Stats #18 might be useful for this system.

• in the old custom quests v1.0 we where able to create save points, see https://github.com/Pychnight/Custom-Quests/wiki/Old-Version-Wiki-(v1.0) SetQuestState("name"): Sets quest state, can be used with GetQuestState to create save points within the quest.

seems this system was not added back in when the refactor was done (i could be wrong... but seeing how there is absolutely no tutorials regarding on how to resume a quest, i choose the latter)
