[Custom Quests] Possible latency issue

Seems like the plugin in multiplayer may be causing unexpected latency issues.

• over taxing core 0 or 1
• solution, prevent usage of core 0 and 1

other causes

• weak cpu?
• bad code somewhere within the plugin?

Test case

• Test plugin without quests defined on multi able servers
• stress test it
• test plugin with quests defined
• stress test it

The Report

• Plugin seems to cause latency problems without quests being defined.
• Unknown causes / no server logs presented.

ah, this seems related to the save function in custom quests if you set it to 0, it will cause problems / being over taxing with the cpu.
