Create system to allow people to upgrade their ticket

Somebody contacted pyconuk-encquiries@ today, asking for their 3-day ticket to be upgraded to a 4-day one.

The options are:

cancel their old ticket and get them to buy a new one;
create a range of hidden tickets for each possible upgrade type (eg "Self-funded 1-day to 3-day upgrade);
create a single hidden ticket with a variable price field, and get people to work out how much they need to pay.

I think the third option is preferable. Once people choose this ticket, we can manually change their ticket type via Tito.

Once I've dealt with the first such request, I'll write up some instructions for how to upgrade a ticket, so that other people can do this in future.
