Upgrade to Python 3.6.2 #150

Any reason you've not gone for 3.6.3? Also, could you ensure that Travis uses the same version?

https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/python-runtimes says 3.6.2 is the latest available :)

It doesn't look to me like yuo can specify patch versions on Travis: https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/languages/python/

@adamchainz Thanks for this. I know it's incredibly unlikely that upgrading this would break anything, but I don't have time to debug any problems that might arise, so I'm going to park this until after the conference. Hope this is OK!
