I can't work out where this is coming from - it doesn't actually seem to be in the repository.

However, it's inappropriate for a PyCon UK!

The text comes from your browser, although I think it can be overridden.

Can you elaborate why it's inappropriate? What would you prefer it to say?

I think this is some generic text that comes from the browser if you have the required attribute on an HTML5 form – another example here: https://stackoverflow.com/q/5272433/1558022

I spotted it on the signup form for name/email – I haven’t found where else it’s poking through yet.

@inglesp sorry, just spotted this.

At PyCon UK, we ask people to fill forms in, not out.
