Visa for delegate from Ghana #74

I don't know how I closed the last issue but I have asked the delegate for more information and propose Zeth sends the attached as Chairman. It is based on Steve Holden's letter used for a Django conference delegate.

20 June 2015 To Whom It May Concern:

I write to confirm the invitation of IBRAHIM MUBARAK of Accra, Ghana, to visit the United Kingdom to participate in PyconUK 2015 at Coventry Technocentre, Coventry, West Midlands from 18 to 21 September 2015.

Whilst in the UK Mr Mubarak will be responsible for his own living expenses.
