Adopt a somewhat less snarky tone re browser compatibility. #67

I realise that this is somewhat picky, but the advice to "upgrade to a modern browser like " sets the wrong tone. In point of fact IE handles the page perfectly well. But even if it didn't, the condescension is unworthy of a friendly conference.

Hi Tim,

I'm afraid this was my fault and I totally see how it can be construed the wrong way. Your patch is definitely the right thing to do.

FWIW, my thinking was that we'd get teachers still stuck on IE6 (yes, really) looking at this via a school laptop. I figured they'd have more chance persuading their sys-admin to install a completely new browser than upgrade IE. In any case, my tone wasn't intended to be condescending. :-/

Finally, we've moved the site to the Python (not Ruby) version at https://github.com/PyconUK/pyconuk.org Sorry for the faffing around, but can you re-submit and I'll affect the merge. I'll close this PR in the meantime.
